Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before, a fee of 20% of booked services can be charged at salon discretion. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrival. No shows will be charged a fee of 40% of booked services. After 3 late cancellations, booking will no longer be available.
